Algonquin North is the home of big lakes and big trips, and you don't get much bigger than the Maple Mile Route. Starting from the Kiosk access point, this route gives you a little bit of everything. Heading south on Maple Creek you get gorgeous waterfalls and somewhat less gorgeous portages (looking at you p800) before arriving at Maple Lake, a perfect night one stop. Turning west you get a mix of small and medium lakes before arriving at Three Mile Lake. From Three Mile it's a short portage to one of my favourite lakes in the Park, Manitou, and a beautiful paddle back to Kiosk along the Amable du Fond River. This is a phenomenal trip and a phenomenal part of the Park, and now you've got the t-shirt to prove it!
